Keller Williams’ Social Equity Task Force is charged with creating both immediate and long-term strategies to uproot racial disparities at the company and promote reform across the real estate industry. A diverse crew in and of itself,, the task force includes associates from every Keller Williams region across the U.S. and Canada.
As the head of inclusion and belonging, Julia Lashay Israel advises, trains, and coaches leaders, team members, and agents to recognize and address diversity, equity, and inclusion opportunities and challenges across the organization.
