State requirements vary, but KSCORE® scholarships for pre-licensing courses provided by Kaplan Real Estate Education generally provide the essentials to prepare you for your exams. Pair your studies with KW Prep®, our exclusive 50-state companion course that bridges the gap between education and real-world application with the coaching and tools needed to fast-track your profitability.
KW Prep
KW Prep balances real estate education with real-world application. From setting goals and keeping a schedule to building relationships and closing your first sale, KW MAPS Coach Molly de Mattos leads you through engaging, self-paced modules that put you on the fast-track to success as a new agent. Course modules will guide you every step of the way, from considering a real estate career through obtaining your license and launching your new business.
Pre-Licensure
Our scholarships for best-in-class pre-licensing courses, provided by Kaplan Real Estate Education, give you access to the foundational information you need to prepare for your real estate licensing exam. With convenient, self-paced instruction, you can complete the course online at your own pace and schedule. If you need more support, live online sessions are available, in addition to study materials and test preparation resources.
Continuing Education
Through KSCORE®, you can unlock a robust library of state-approved continuing education courses to maintain your license and advance your career. CE courses are provided through Kaplan Real Estate Education and feature some of the best educators in the business.

Keller Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate® (KSCORE®) and Keller Williams Realty, LLC (collectively, “KW”) does not offer pre-licensing (PL) and continuing education (CE) courses in any state; Kaplan Real Estate Education is the state-approved education provider and developer of pre-licensing and continuing education courses. KW encourages individuals to pursue a career in real estate by funding their pre-licensing courses. Please find Kaplan Real Estate Education's specific state approval information at https://kscore.kw.com/disclosures/. In Iowa, KSCORE® offers financial assistance for 60 PL course-hours; the student must pay for any additional required PL course-hours. TREC Provider #4546 (PL) and #31 (CE). Any questions regarding PL and CE course content or technology should be directed to Kaplan Real Estate Education. KW Prep® is not approved by any state regulatory agency to satisfy the required pre-licensing or continuing education requirements for real estate agents or brokers.
