Your guide through KW Prep® is Coach Molly de Mattos, co-founder of The Matt & Molly Team in North Carolina, in partnership with Matt Tavener. The Matt & Molly Team has taken their business and customer service to a new level and have been voted Best Real Estate Agents in Western North Carolina since 2012! Molly takes pride in being the Team’s Director of Sales and Training, ensuring the training, education, and coaching of all their agents is top notch and the best in the business.
