KW Modular is a professional community within the Keller Williams ecosystem designed to equip agents to become leading experts in modular housing transactions. We serve buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across every market in North America.

KW Modular is open to all Keller Williams® agents who want to expand their expertise into the modular housing space. Whether you're brand new to modular or already have experience, there's a membership tier designed for your level.

The Community Member tier (free) provides foundational training, community access, and market resources. The Certified Specialist tier ($199/mo) adds official certification, a digital badge, referral access, mastermind calls, and marketing tools. The Regional Ambassador tier ($299/mo) includes everything in the previous levels plus regional leadership status, developer access, event hosting capabilities, and quarterly factory tours.

The Certified Specialist designation is earned through structured training covering modular housing transactions, land and development deals, builder relationships, and market positioning

All Community Members and above have access to the KW Modular builder and vendor directory — a curated list of trusted modular housing builders and service providers. Certified Specialists and Regional Ambassadors receive direct introductions and priority access to these relationships.

Regional Ambassadors receive access to quarterly factory tours — hands-on visits to modular home manufacturing facilities. These tours provide a deep understanding of the construction process, quality standards, and production timelines that you can share with clients and use to close more deals.
