Ben, a proud Native Texan, has proudly called Denton County his home for over three decades. His journey began at Baylor University, where he pursued a four-year degree in Education while also demonstrating his athletic prowess as a preferred walk-on for the Baylor Football team during his freshman year.

In 2011, Ben embarked on a new path when he obtained his real estate license, and he has never looked back since. His unwavering passion for serving others, coupled with his relentless determination, has propelled him to become one of the foremost real estate agents in the DFW Metroplex. Ben's mantra has always been simple yet profound: "Treat others how I would want to be treated," and in adhering to this principle, he has had the privilege of assisting numerous individuals in their real estate endeavors.

Ben's illustrious career includes his role as the Co-Owner of Ranchman Properties, an award-winning farm and ranch real estate team that leaves an indelible mark across the vast landscapes of Texas and Oklahoma. Additionally, he serves as the Co-Director of KW Land, a distinguished entity recognized as one of the preeminent land brokerages in North America.

Beyond his professional success, Ben enjoys a fulfilling personal life. He shares his life's journey with his beloved wife, Natalie, and their four wonderful children, accompanied by their loyal black lab, Remi. Together, they call Aubrey, TX, their cherished home.

In his precious moments of leisure, you'll often find Ben immersed in the great outdoors. Whether he's out in the wild, pursuing his passion for hunting, or riding the waves on a lake while surfing with friends, Ben embraces every opportunity to connect with nature and create lasting memories.

Jason Trosper's roots go deep in the heart of Texas, coming from four generations of farming and ranching in the panhandle. Jason moved to the north Texas area in 1994 to pursue a career in marketing for U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Co. Through hard work and dedication Jason worked his way up to the company's Marketing Promotions Supervisor. After an amazing 18 year career with UST, Jason decided to pursue a career in real estate specializing in Farm and Ranch, and Commercial Real Estate.

Jason thrives on hard work, dedication, and a willing heart to serve. These values stem from being raised in the western world. Jason, his wife Melinda and their two daughters, Jada and Tana, live outside of Denton near the town of Ponder.

In addition to real estate Jason is the founder of Cowboy Militia, an apparel company that markets to the western world and the Texas music scene. Outside of work Jason is a member of the United States Team Roping Championships and Cross Timbers Church. In his free time Jason enjoys team roping, hunting, and hauling his daughters to youth rodeos and barrel races.
